Congratualtions also goes to Sommerwind Farm LLD on their two *SASAKI daughters.  BELLA AMULETA  is a full sister to ZAZZAKI and a replica of her full brother, for sure.  Their second filly’s dam is also a CIMERO-KIRIN daughter.  Beautiful breeding!

 
 

Congratulations to Julie Tuestch on her lovely *SASAKI daughter, REBELDITA, out of  Bandalera the stunning Padre daughter,  who is a full sibling to the Gorgeous colt owned by Greedgate Farms, Banderolo.   A note of sadness:  Julie lost her mare when her filly was only a few months old.  She was in foal to *Sasaki. 
 

Greg Norris's stunning mare, a SANADIK EL SHAKLAN daughter, has a new colt named MOSAIC SAALITAIRE .  His dam, SANEDITA, is out of a RETADOR daughter which intensifies the Spanish breeding of this young stallion.  He is a beauty and our congratulations go out to Greg.

 

*SASAKI proudly gave us two colts this year!  Both are chestnut. The first is out of BINT ZLABIYA, the incredible producing *BARICH DE WASHOE daughter.

 

The other mare, JALEAS E T, also a *BARICH daughter who probably needs no introduction to most.   She is a dam of extremely elegant foals, one a National winner in Spain, others with a Top Ten in Scottsdale, Reserve Champion Regional winner, and her granddaughter, out of her Top Ten Regional daughter, was pinned Top Ten at the Salon de Chaval, placing forth overall on the judges cards.  Because of a difficult delivery in 2005, we elected to do an embryo transfer for our 2007 foal.  He really set a record even before he was born.  According to Gerry Alexander of BruMarBa, JALEAS E T was the first registered embryo transfer foal.   And 24 years later, she came full circle by becoming a donor mare for our STUNNING 2007 *SASAKI colt.  He will follow his full siblings SASAKIS SAMURAI and SAKITA to become a great part of his Spanish Arabian heritage.

 
 
 Congratulations to Connie Rogers on the two wins for their gorgeous *SASAKI son, SAKITO. He was champion at Halter and at Liberty as well.  All done as a yearling! 

A HUGE congratulations go to Stanley Ranch on their outstanding *GRANIZAR foals.  CZANTIAGO, a stunning chestnut colt out of PASCION S and a really cute filly named CLEOPATTRAA out of *JEZABEL +//. 

Congratulations also go to Herder Arabians for  a beautiful *GRANIZAR daughter out of the late LA SATIA.    MKH LA GRANITA  is special and her destiny is already written for her.  Congratulations to all. 
 

*MEDINA AZAHARA 
 1979-2007 

Words can’t express our sadness over the loss of our beautiful *MEDINA AZAHARA.   She was so special and will always remain in our hearts.   She produced five daughters with *SASAKI and the cross was a proven one for sure.  One was the U.S. Top Ten Futurity Filly SA AZALINA and, of course, A FANCY MIRACLE, dam of multi-U.S. National Champion Stallion MAGNUM PSYCHE, both of them are by *SASAKI.  Our lovely daughter out of *MEDINA AZAHARA is expecting her first foal by *SASAKI this spring.  This has been a long awaited baby with this proven cross.
